  I ordered some new foam cores for my mothers hot tub cover and when we got them they were too big. Swim Things apologized and attempted to order the correct size. When the manufacturer told them how long it would take to get them in, Swim Things decided that was too long to wait so they gave us a whole new cover. Customer service at it's finest. A+!
